		<description>Just an update for the above issue.
&quot;Object Explorer is not visible inspite of pressing Ctrl + E&quot;
The OE is minimised and goes under the Windows toolbar.
The solution is to Right Click Windows toolbar and then properties and in task Bar and Start Menu Properties check AutoHide Toolbar and click Apply or OK.
The OE and any hiden windows will be visible.
